Was a nice work out.  The Wii tells you sometimes to do sets of exercises.  Usual a Muscle workout followed by one or two yoga moves.  I did what the Wii recommended on Friday. Ended up leaving work about 11:30pm so I passed on the Wii Fit workout and jumped on my Vibration Machine.The workout goes for 10min and the program I run is a slow - fast programme.  Meaning the speed measures10 - 25 - 10 - 25 - 10 - 40 - 10 - 40 - 10 - 25.  Each speed runs for one minute. I guess the next step would be to sort out a workout plan.
