Fitness update day 59-65

Wow that was a while between posts. Sorry about that. Um really just moving through the program. Last weekend I didn'r do any 10 minute trainer and I also missed a day last week. It is my day off tomorrow but I am going to workout as we are going to have vistors this week and I may not be able to workout.

Paints are feeling a tad looser but I think the actual weight loss is still minimal. But I am cool with that. I can see a diference.

Goal:- Lose 6kg in 2 months (1.4kg a week)
Weight:- 94.1

Fitness update day 55-58

Been a while so here is a quick update.

Over the weekend I missed a workout day but I was out in the garden work for a few hours and also put together some IKEA furniture so I figured I was active enough that day.

The start up this week I have started doing 3 workouts. I am now getting up just 5min earlier and skipping weighing myself on the Wii. I can now fit all of the workout in. It feels good. I am liking how the 3rd weeks exercises are setup. 3 different ones. Not 2x cardio and one other.

Might weight my self tomorrow on my day off and update later.

Fitness update day 53-54

Day 53 was a little bit bust. Only got a 10min abb workout done before my Daughter woke up. Was a shame because I was looking forward to doing Total Body 2. All good I guess at least I did something.

Day 54 (today) went alot better. Did cardio and swapped out Total body for Total body 2. LOVED IT. Great use of the bands. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Beachbody Insanity


WOW what a program. I mean all I have done is read about it and I feel tired. This is going to be on my list of things to do when I feel I am up to it. At the moment I think I would do the warm up and that is it. Time will tell.

Fitness update day 51

Good workout today. Is getting a tad easier but that just means I can push on the exercises a bit more.

Am happy that the weight went down again. See how it goes tomorrow. Have started having a protein drink in the mornings. It has helped heaps! I feel way less tired at work now.

Fitness update day 47-50

Hey all,

Sorry it has been a while. Have just bee forgetting to get the updates up. Everything has been going as normal. I have been working through the 10 min trainers workouts doing 2 a day. That seams to be working for me. It fits nicley into the 30mins I have a day to wotk out.

Few posts back I said I was getting light headed and stuff during the workouts. Yeah well that has preaty much gorne. I was getting a head cold at the time. The cold might explane how sore I was as well. But anyway I am over the majior hump now and am feeling good.

I also worked out on the weekend! That was empresive I can say. It was nice to workout without having tobe somewhere in a hurry. Am really getting used to the exercises now. TOTAL BODY 2 is tomorrow I think it looks way good.

Don't know what happened the other week but fingers crossed my weight is starting to come down. It was 93.5kg this morning. It was very nice to see.
