Sorry it has been a while. Have just bee forgetting to get the updates up. Everything has been going as normal. I have been working through the 10 min trainers workouts doing 2 a day. That seams to be working for me. It fits nicley into the 30mins I have a day to wotk out.
Few posts back I said I was getting light headed and stuff during the workouts. Yeah well that has preaty much gorne. I was getting a head cold at the time. The cold might explane how sore I was as well. But anyway I am over the majior hump now and am feeling good.
I also worked out on the weekend! That was empresive I can say. It was nice to workout without having tobe somewhere in a hurry. Am really getting used to the exercises now. TOTAL BODY 2 is tomorrow I think it looks way good.
Don't know what happened the other week but fingers crossed my weight is starting to come down. It was 93.5kg this morning. It was very nice to see.
Goal:- Lose 6kg in 2 months (1.4kg a week)
